Single Registration or Site License?

A very common question, with a very simple answer.

A Single Registration allows you to install one copy of the program on one computer. A Site License allows you to install the program on multiple computers AT ONE SITE- multiple computers under one roof, usually connected by a network.

That means if you have more than one location (restaurant, store, etc.), you will have to purchase a single registration for each location.

But wait! There is an exception to this rule: If you schedule at work, but would also like to schedule at home on a laptop or home computer, you may do so under a Single Registration. How do you do this? Just create a backup of your database at work onto a USB Flash Drive, and restore the database onto your laptop or home computer, or vice versa.

Scheduling Employees 2000  Our most popular program, designed to schedule mostly part-time employees. The click and drag scheduling feature is quick and easy.  Just enter departments and employees and you are ready to start scheduling.  No start and stop times to enter, just draw bars that are easily changed. You can track time and labor costs by the hour and week as you schedule. You can block out days and hours in which the employee is not available to work. See labor percentages while you schedule. Employees can be scheduled for more than one shift per day. Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000   is designed for businesses that have mostly full-time employees or employees that work regular shifts. This program keeps track of vacations, shift assignments and rotations.  You can print out weekly or monthly schedules, or publish the schedules on the web.
Keep track of performance information.  This program is most often used by Corporations, Hospitals and  Police departments. The total cost is $68.50. We also offer a fully functional 30 day free trial for this program on our website.

Universal Resource Scheduler  If you need to schedule Conference rooms or assign technicians to customers for work, this is the program for you.  It is called a three dimensional scheduler because it schedules Resources and the Users of those Resources. You can schedule in 15 minute increments, all  done by clicking the mouse. You can also change a reservation quickly by dragging and dropping the reservation bar.  The total cost is 137.50, and the 30 day free trial is fully functional as well.

As a Bonus, we offer a free (at least for now) Picture Timeclock, Have your employees clock in and out with the option to take their picture, greet them with messages, create your own employee list or use  our program Scheduling Employees  2000. Report tips when clocking out. Message translations to your local language.
