Welcome to our new website

Welcome to our new, revised website!

It's been a long time coming, and we needed it!  If I had to come up with an excuse for why it's taken so long, I'd have to say it was life, work, family!  I have two young children and they tend to take priority, but they're getting a little older, and I have more help so I can dedicate a lot more time now to upgrading this site as well as our programs.

For those of you with Internet Explorer 6, I know there are some issues with viewing our pages, that is because IE6 is no longer supported by Microsoft, you'll have to update your browser in order to see it properly. 

But now that the website upgrade is complete, we have to move on to updating our products. I will have to do some research first on what type of upgrades our customers want. Scheduling Employees 2000 is our most popular program, so I'm going to start with that one first.

Here are some suggestions I've had so far:

• More flexibility with the reports function (plus the availabilty to select default settings on the print menu)
• For those Sodexo folks who need KRI's, or in other words need to view transactions per labor hour in 15 minute increments, after the fact
• An ability to email individual schedules through Outlook or some other email application
• For those using SEW 2000 in Australia, variable pay rates for weekends and holidays
• An improved way to document requested time off, or partial days off.

Single Registration or Site License?

A very common question, with a very simple answer.

A Single Registration allows you to install one copy of the program on one computer. A Site License allows you to install the program on multiple computers AT ONE SITE- multiple computers under one roof, usually connected by a network.

That means if you have more than one location (restaurant, store, etc.), you will have to purchase a single registration for each location.

But wait! There is an exception to this rule: If you schedule at work, but would also like to schedule at home on a laptop or home computer, you may do so under a Single Registration. How do you do this? Just create a backup of your database at work onto a USB Flash Drive, and restore the database onto your laptop or home computer, or vice versa.

Employee Scheduling Assistant 2000   is designed for businesses that have mostly full-time employees or employees that work regular shifts. This program keeps track of vacations, shift assignments and rotations.  You can print out weekly or monthly schedules, or publish the schedules on the web.
Keep track of performance information.  This program is most often used by Corporations, Hospitals and  Police departments. The total cost is $68.50. We also offer a fully functional 30 day free trial for this program on our website.

Universal Resource Scheduler  If you need to schedule Conference rooms or assign technicians to customers for work, this is the program for you.  It is called a three dimensional scheduler because it schedules Resources and the Users of those Resources. You can schedule in 15 minute increments, all  done by clicking the mouse. You can also change a reservation quickly by dragging and dropping the reservation bar.  The total cost is 137.50, and the 30 day free trial is fully functional as well.

As a Bonus, we offer a free (at least for now) Picture Timeclock, Have your employees clock in and out with the option to take their picture, greet them with messages, create your own employee list or use  our program Scheduling Employees  2000.
